Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design tasks including stability analysis, foundation design, and reinforced concrete systems in compliance with local and international codes
• Develop structural design models using tools such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, and similar software
• Conduct manual calculations to analyze forces, stresses, and loads on beams, columns, walls, and foundations
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project stakeholders to ensure safe, functional, and visually aligned structural solutions
• Support submissions and approvals from municipalities and local authorities
• Implement and follow QA/QC procedures to maintain design accuracy and compliance
• Review work completed by draftsmen, sub-consultants, and specialty engineers
• Provide technical support to construction teams during execution, resolving structural issues on-site
• Conduct design reviews and checks to ensure adherence to company standards
• Support overall documentation and structural deliverables for assigned projects

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering
• 5-8 years of structural design experience, preferably in mid to high-rise buildings
• Proficient in structural analysis and design tools such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, RAM Concept, or ADAPT
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an added advantage
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles, building codes, and construction practices
