Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural design tasks including stability analysis, foundation design, and reinforced concrete slab design in compliance with local and international codes
• Develop structural design models using ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, RAM Concept, ADAPT, or similar tools
• Conduct manual calculations to analyze forces, stresses, and strains on beams, columns, walls, and foundations under various load conditions
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and internal teams to produce safe, functional, and coordinated designs
• Support submissions and approvals from local authorities and municipalities
• Implement and follow QA/QC procedures to maintain accuracy and integrity of structural documentation
• Review work completed by draftsmen, sub-consultants, and specialist engineers for compliance with specifications and quality standards
• Provide technical support to construction teams during execution and assist in resolving structural issues on-site
• Conduct design reviews and checks to ensure adherence to company standards and project requirements

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering
• 5-8 years of experience in structural design, preferably on mid to high-rise building projects
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software including ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, PROKON, RAM Concept, or ADAPT
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit is an advantage
• Excellent analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills
