We are hiring a highly skilled Structural/Civil Draftsman to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed structural and architectural shop drawings, layouts, plans, and sections using AutoCAD. Your tasks will include:
Developing reinforcement shop drawings and bar bending schedules based on IFC drawings and related documents. Interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Raising Requests for Information (RFI), Contract Variations (CVI), and As-Built Drawings as needed. Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold:
An Associate or Technical Degree in CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, or a related field. 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in structural drafting within the GCC region. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design tools is essential, along with a strong understanding of structural and architectural drawing standards. The role demands:
