Structural Charge Hand
Industry: Oil & Gas / Construction / Industrial Projects
Job Summary
Duties
Lead and supervise structural workers on site Execute daily structural works as per foreman's instructions Read and follow structural / GA drawings Ensure correct fabrication, erection, alignment, and welding Coordinate with riggers during lifting activities Report daily progress and issues to the Structural Foreman
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years experience in structural works (oil & gas / industrial projects preferred) Good knowledge of structural steel fabrication & erection Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively Knowledge of basic safety practices and site procedures Ability to read drawings and follow instructions
Preferred
Experience in oil & gas, refinery, or plant projects Valid safety certifications (H2S, First Aid, etc.)
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,800.00 per month
