Job Description

We are a

Project Management Consultancy (PMC)

working on

BIM-based projects

across the UAE. We are looking for an experienced

Structural BIM Modeler

with strong UAE project exposure to support design and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and maintain

structural BIM models

using Revit Structure Prepare

detailed RC and structural steel drawings

from BIM models Coordinate with

structural engineers, BIM coordinators, and other disciplines

Perform

clash detection

using Navisworks and resolve coordination issues Ensure compliance with

project BIM standards, LOD requirements, and UAE authority guidelines

Update models based on design changes and review comments

Requirements



Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Civil / Structural Engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience

as a

Structural BIM Modeler

UAE experience is mandatory

Strong proficiency in

Revit Structure

Experience using

Navisworks Manage

Good understanding of

RC and structural steel modeling

Knowledge of

UAE construction practices and standards

Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines

Preferred



Experience on

high-rise or complex building projects

Experience working with

PMC or consultancy firms

Familiarity with

BEP, LOD, and BIM coordination workflows
