Interior Fit-Out / Construction / Ceiling Installation
Key Responsibilities:
Ability to read drawings.
Measure rooms and plan ceiling layouts.
Prepare surfaces and install perimeter track systems and LED strip light.
Heat and stretch PVC membrane or fit fabric into tracks.
Ensure smooth, taut installation without bubbles or wrinkles.
Integrate lighting, ventilation into ceilings.
Perform repairs or maintenance on existing installations.
Ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
Understanding of materials like PVC, aluminium, and fabrics.
Basic electrical knowledge (for all lighting integration).
Basic electrical knowledge for electrical work (for conduiting and cable pulling).
Good physical fitness (work at heights, bending, reaching).
