Strength And Conditioning Coach

Job Description
Our sports organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strength and Conditioning Coach to work with our athletes. The ideal candidate should have expertise in plyometric training and injury prevention strategies. Responsibilities:
- Design and implement effective training programs for our athletes that incorporate plyometric exercises and injury prevention techniques.
- Work with the coaching staff to identify individual athlete needs and develop customized training plans.
- Conduct assessments of athletes to monitor progress and adjust training plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the sports medicine team to develop and implement injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
- Educate athletes on proper techniques and form during exercises to reduce the risk of injury.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in plyometric training and sports injury prevention.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Strength and Conditioning Coach, with a focus on plyometric training and sports injury prevention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of athletes and coaching staff.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Kuwait City: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
- Uni Degree for physiotherapy by an accredited institution (Required)
