Job Title: Strategy Planning Senior Specialist

Experience : 3- 5 years
Education: Bachelor\'s degree

Job Summary :
The Strategy Planning Senior Specialist is accountable for developing and implementing frameworks, processes, and tools that effectively measure and monitor the Company\'s progress toward meeting near- and long-term objectives (related to strategy and performance).
Additionally, the Strategy Planning Senior Specialist is responsible for developing the necessary KPIs to translate Company\'s core objectives into a rigorous delivery strategy. Additionally, the Strategy Senior Specialist will be responsible for initiating research, including global best practices, to assist the Company in delivering on its priorities.
Ability to leverage multiple indicators to assess what strategies have been successful and whether performance targets are met
Ability to respond accurately and in a timely manner to requests for information from the relevant stakeholders
