Support the design, execution, and evaluation of employee development programs by assisting in training needs analysis, content development, session coordination, and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis:
Support surveys, focus groups, and database maintenance to identify skill gaps.
Session Coordination:
Organize logistics, co-facilitate workshops, track attendance, and gather feedback.
Data & Reporting:
Generate training reports, maintain dashboards, and flag data anomalies. Assist in developing training materials using ADDIE/SAM; manage resource libraries. Track post-training effectiveness and collect participant success stories.

Bachelor's in HR, Business, or Data-related field
Experience:
Minimum 4 years in training; exposure to B2B/B2C or real estate a plus
Skills:
Excel & Power BI proficiency
Strong organization & attention to detail
Familiarity with instructional design models
LSSYB/LSSGB is a plus
