Role Purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Officer to join our team of Fakeeh Care Group, reporting directly to Group Director Strategy & ESG. The Strategy Officer will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of strategic initiatives across the Group. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have a strong analytical background, excellent communication & presentation skills, and a passion for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct/support research and analysis to support the development of strategic initiatives.
- Assist in performance tracking of strategic initiatives across the Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with business objectives.
- Coordinating with counterparts in Group entities to generate the supporting data.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate strategic initiatives and progress to senior management.
- Support the development of business cases to evaluate new strategic initiatives.
- Support in preparing ESG disclosures and periodic reporting.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in a strategy, consulting, risk, or healthcare management role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work reliably, independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for healthcare.
