Basic Purpose of the Role: To manage the implementation of the T&D portfolio strategy along with supporting the process of transformational projects within the organization in line with the overall strategic direction of the organization. As a part of this challenging role you will specifically be responsible for: Generic Accountabilities Collaboration and Delivery with Operating Companies and Strategic Business Partners
Conduct the routine collaboration with all operating companies and business partners (Human Capital, Supply Chain, IT, Finance and Legal) in order to co-deliver defined key performance indicators (KPIs) in line with the overall business plan.

Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.
Change Management
Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.
Reporting
Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet department requirements, policies and quality standards.
Job Specific Accountabilities Executes the strategy plan and oversees the organization portfolio
Manages the T&D organization portfolio by selecting, prioritizing & assessing programs and projects to achieve strategic goals
Ensures alignment of programs and projects to the organization strategy and objectives
Monitors planning and execution of organization portfolio (time, budget, scope, completion status, etc.)
Owns T&D reporting process; leads review meetings and supports in central reporting
Communicates status, key risks and issues and provide recommendations to decision makers
Guides T&D\xe2\x80\x99s project managers, ensures standardization of tools and templates, and works on removing roadblocks
Ensures standardization of portfolio management tools and templates used in the T&D division
Mentors and guides less experienced project managers on using best-practice portfolio management frameworks
Liaises to resolve issues & roadblocks or escalates them for resolution
Responsible for setting the pace of the transformation at the T&Ds with portfolio management
Maintains a holistic view of transformation initiatives and supports SMO Managers in defining priorities
Drives progress through reports and regular check-ins with Workstream Leaders, Initiative Owners and other team members to meet deadlines
Challenges the status quo by finding opportunities
Holds self and others accountable for committed actions during and outside review meetings
Oversees to ensure initiative cards are accurate and complete; Leads deep dive analysis to identify changes in the pipeline
Ensures flawless and timely preparation of all materials for the meetings, SteerCo, and other reporting materials required
The Successful Candidate will possess:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related field
7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Strategy and Portfolio Management
Proficiency in portfolio management including on-time delivery and prioritization; certified in portfolio/project management (e.g. PMP, PfMP, etc.)
Experience in Utilities/ Water / Power strongly preferred
Experience in leading teams
Experience in data analytics and data visualization
Comfortable in learning new systems and excellent problem solver
Experience in change management
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Willing to constructively challenge others and be challenged
