The Strategy Leader demonstrates accountability for supporting the ME Hub in analyzing and assessing the market dynamics and support with strategic initiatives. In this role, you will conduct the market research leveraging the market intel available to SE and provide internal stakeholders within the ME region with market data to support key strategic initiatives. You will deliver industry and customer knowledge and engage in strategic assessments to support the Head of Strategy.

How You\'ll Make an Impact

• Develop and share a thorough understanding of the regional market dynamics and competitive environment across SE portfolio including but not limited to:

• Market Dynamics and trends by country in the ME
• Customer analysis
• Competitive environment and technology drives
• Support with Market Evaluation Process (MEP); alignment between Hub and Business Areas
• Support the ME Strategy Plan (i.e. SE Strategy Regional process)
• Support the Regional Strategy Head in assessing strategic opportunities and delivering customer (Key Accounts) or country roadmaps; identifying growth initiatives in the ME
• Deliver management reviews to support Executive visits; internal / external business reviews and customer presentations as needed
• Support special / one-off projects as needed

What You Bring

• Bachelor\'s degree, preferably Masters degree
• Experience in Strategy and Marketing (3 to 5 years in a similar role); with demonstrated experience in analysis, command of marketing tools and techniques
• Demonstrated understanding of the Energy market, regional business climate and practices
• Ability to work across functions and organizational boundaries to quickly mobilize stakeholders and resources
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills and demonstrated presentation skills
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Good inter-personal and leadership skills

• Knowledge of Siemens Energy Solutions, Products & Services
• Consulting experience (Big Consultancies / Audit firms)
• Strong execution skills and influencing skills
• Experience in project management is an advantage
