We are excited to be working with one of the world\xe2\x80\x99s leading and most highly respected strategy consulting firms in one of the fastest-growing and most exciting regions of the world
They seek the highest calibre of candidate to join their fast-growing Middle East practice where you can be based in any of their regional offices (including Dubai) and work on projects with blue-chip clients across the region and across multiple industries.
This is not the \xe2\x80\x98big company machine\xe2\x80\x99 so many of us avoid; this Middle East practice operates with their own culture, growth plan and recruitment plans. They value boldness and entrepreneurialism over the safe option, invention and curiosity over \xe2\x80\x98towing the line\xe2\x80\x99, and collaboration over self-service and politics.
This is an opportunity to either enter the consulting world after some early-stage experience, or to take that next step on your career as an advisor with a company fully committed to your development and learning curve.

Suitable candidates will need the following:
- Undergraduate or post-graduate degree from a high ranking university
- Up to 6 years of progressive experience with an industry leader, or in banking, professional services, private equity etc
- Demonstrable skillset in problem solving, analytics, team-working, relationship building and foresight
- Fluency in English
