The
Strategy & Business Development Director
is responsible for leading the strategic development and growth of the company by identifying enhancement opportunities, driving long-term value creation, and supporting business transformation initiatives. The role focuses on shaping and executing strategies that strengthen market position, optimize portfolio performance, and unlock new growth avenues across products, brands, and markets.

Key Accountabilities

Lead the development and execution of the overall strategy for the company, driving sustainable growth and business enhancement.
Identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities across products, brands, channels, and markets.
Conduct market, consumer, and competitive analysis to support expansion, portfolio optimization, and brand positioning decisions.
Lead strategic initiatives aimed at improving commercial performance, operational effectiveness, and customer experience.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Product Development teams to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
Support new product and fragrance development initiatives by contributing market insights and trend analysis.
Assess opportunities for market entry, store expansion, partnerships, and new business models.
Develop business cases and financial models to support strategic investments, growth initiatives, and transformation programs.
Lead cross-functional strategic projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely and effective execution.
Monitor KPIs and strategic outcomes, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Prepare strategic reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and key decision-makers.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
MBA or postgraduate qualification is strongly preferred
Minimum
10-15 years of experience
in strategy, business development, corporate development, or growth-focused leadership roles
Proven experience leading
strategic planning, business enhancement, and transformation initiatives
Prior exposure to
fragrance, beauty, luxury, or retail sectors
is highly preferred.
Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage
multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in
GCC markets
, particularly Saudi Arabia, is preferred
