Qualifying the centre's employees, sectors, and projects for government excellence models, providing technical and advisory support on conducting evaluation, setting development priorities, following up on their application, and preparing application documents to participate in local and international excellence awards. Designing and developing strategic plans and performance indicator systems and training employees on writing the indicator and how to achieve it and how to calculate it. Provide various training courses for employees in all areas of strategy and performance.
