What You'll Do

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for senior leadership and stakeholders
• Collaborate with government agencies, policymakers, and external partners to gather input and align strategies
• Support the development of long-term strategic plans, resource allocation, and performance tracking
• Evaluate the impact of existing and proposed policies, ensuring alignment with Talent 2033 objectives

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, STEM, or related field
• Experience in strategy consulting, public sector consulting, or similar roles
• Proven record of developing insights and supporting decisions in complex environments
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
• Critical thinker with ability to interpret data into actionable strategies
• Understanding of public sector operations, regulatory frameworks, and policy development
