Job Overview
As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will oversee key Twitch Partners in Arabic-speaking markets, guiding their growth and success on the platform. You'll act as a trusted advisor, content strategist, and program manager-helping streamers expand their audiences, improve engagement, and align with Twitch's evolving platform strategies. This role requires deep familiarity with creator culture in the region, bilingual fluency, and the ability to influence strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and grow relationships with Twitch Partners in the Arabic-speaking MENA region
• Drive creator development by identifying rising talent and helping creators scale their content and audience
• Develop and launch strategic programs that add value to Twitch broadcasters at scale
• Relay product updates, policies, and moderation outcomes to your assigned creators
• Report performance metrics, track KPIs, and share portfolio insights with leadership
• Collaborate with marketing, PR, sales, business development, and global partnership teams
• Represent Twitch in the community by bridging language and cultural barriers
• Contribute to the development of localized Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies and initiatives

Job Requirements

• Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 4 years of account management or content-focused experience in digital media
• Experience working in the gaming, streaming, or influencer/content creator ecosystem
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset
• Deep understanding of online video trends and user-generated content metrics
• Ability to drive initiatives that align with both creator and company objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in additional languages beyond Arabic and English
• Existing relationships with content creators or digital influencers in Arabic-speaking markets
• Familiarity with Twitch as a user or broadcaster
• Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
• Background in live video production or streaming services
• Experience on the agency, broadcaster, or platform side in similar partnership roles
