Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization's vision and long-term objectives Train, mentor, and lead multiple departments to ensure effective strategy execution Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives to improve operational efficiency and performance Plan, manage, and represent the organization in

international roadshows, exhibitions, and open house events

Lead the preparation and execution of

open houses, strategic presentations, and global outreach initiatives

Act as a key point of contact for international partners, stakeholders, and delegates Analyze organizational challenges and design practical, results-driven solutions Provide strategic guidance to department heads and senior leadership Monitor performance metrics and recommend continuous strategic improvements Foster a collaborative, high-performance, and professional work culture
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in a strategic leadership, planning, or senior operations role Demonstrated ability to

train, lead, and manage teams across multiple departments

Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Experience handling

international exposure, roadshows, or global events

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-level responsibilities Professional presence with strong relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications

Background in business strategy, management, or organizational leadership Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
