Strategic Finance & Capital Officer

Job Description
Key responsibilities:
o Build/maintain Capital partner(s) data room (deck, 12-month P&L & cash-flow, metrics)
o Create financial models and scenario/sensitivity analyses
o Research Capital partner(s)s/lenders; maintain CRM and meeting pipeline
o Coordinate licensed promoters/advisors; schedule and track diligence
o Prepare monthly Capital partner(s) reports and board packs
o Ensure AML/KYC documentation and clean audit trails
You'll bring: - Must have Experience
o 1-3 years in corporate finance/IB/PE/VC/IR or FP&A
o Strong Excel/Google Sheets; clear written communication
o Understanding of receivables/BNPL, ageing, DSO, default/recovery
o CRM discipline (Notion/Airtable/HubSpot)
o UAE capital-markets awareness (SCA/DFSA/FSRA) is a plus
