JOB PURPOSE: ExecuJet MRO Services is currently seeking a suitably qualified Stores Coordinator to fill a vacancy within the Stores Department. The main objective of the role is to perform all the functions and activities independently and efficiently. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Performing all store functions and activities independently and efficiently in any given shift. - Updating all the systems and tracking files on time. - Ensuring parts and tools are stored as per company policies and procedures. - Ensuring expired parts and tools are promptly removed and processed for disposal. - Receiving incoming and processing outgoing materials and tools on time and per company procedures and processes. - Recording, filing, and scanning pertinent documents immediately upon completion of the relevant jobs. - Ensuring core and unused components are promptly returned as per supplier requirements. - Ensuring proper segregation with serviceable, unserviceable, customer and consignment stock. - Engaging in local procurement, collection, deliveries, and loading and unloading goods. - Managing the materials and tools control counter. - Communicating effectively with colleagues, suppliers, customers, service providers and freight handlers/forwarders to ensure requirements are met promptly. - Ensuring minimum stock of all materials is always available. - Ensuring all store, shipping and receiving areas are always clean and tidy. - Reporting anomalies and discrepancies to the Supply Chain Manager promptly. - Supporting Materials Office personnel with any requirements. - Taking on other duties and responsibilities as delegated. QUALIFICATIONS: Essential: - Experience maintaining a Materials Warehouse. - UAE Driving Permit. - Working knowledge of Computer systems in support of Materials and Logistics. Desirable: - Experience handling aviation specific materials. - IATA Dangerous Goods Handling qualification. - Experience with Corridor ERP. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Essential: - Good knowledge with aircraft parts and tooling. - Minimum 2 years experience. - Very good written and spoken English language skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Good time management skills. Desirable: - Friendly personality with good interpersonal skills. WORKING HOURS: Shift work pattern
