MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE: To manage flydubai's inventory within the stores by overseeing the efficient storage, receipt, distribution, and dispatch of aircraft parts in compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensures that all flydubai materials are correctly stored and distributed in accordance with company procedures and operational requirements.
Maintains the stores in a safe, organised, and efficient condition to support continuous operational readiness.
Monitors storage conditions, including temperature and humidity, and promptly reports any deficiencies or deviations.
Verifies that all received aircraft spares conform to applicable regulatory standards (CAA, EASA, FAA, GCAA) and company procedures.
Ensures the quantity, quality, and traceability of all materials are maintained within approved limits and properly documented.
Carries out all stores processes to the highest standards, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and compliance with approved procedures.
Responds promptly and accurately to material requests and operational requirements, minimising delays to prevent maintenance disruptions.
Maintains an accurate and detailed handover log between shifts to ensure continuity of operations.
Ensures compliance with SMS processes and safety performance standards to maintain regulatory alignment and operational integrity.
Reports all safety incidents, hazards, or system failures through formal or confidential channels as outlined by company procedures.
Coordinates with the Safety Department and management during investigations of safety-related incidents or accidents.
Supports continuous improvement by maintaining high housekeeping standards and contributing to the enhancement of stores efficiency and safety.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma
Fluent in English
Minimum 4 years' experience in aviation stores operations. Familiarity with FAA/EASA/GCAA airworthiness and storage control requirements. Awareness of airworthiness and regulatory requirements related to materials management. Awareness and understanding of requirements related to internal and external audits.
Knowledge of aviation inventory management systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, or equivalent) is required. Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook, is essential.

ISR Requirements: Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team.
