Job Title Store Keeper

We are looking for One Store Keeper who is responsible for managing construction materials, tools, and equipment at the project site or central store. The role ensures proper receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials in compliance with company procedures and UAE construction standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials as per delivery notes and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of materials received, issued, and returned.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and preservation of construction materials.
Issue materials to site staff against authorized material request forms.
Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages or excess materials.
Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
Maintain bin cards, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Ensure tools and equipment are stored safely and issued/returned properly.
Coordinate with procurement, site engineers, and accounts department.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at the store.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
Prevent material loss, damage, or theft by implementing control measures.

Qualifications & Requirements
Diploma or High School Certificate (relevant certification preferred).
Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a construction company (UAE experience preferred).
Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory software).
Ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Familiarity with UAE construction practices and safety standards.
Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory systems (advantage)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
