Job Description

A Landscape Company is searching for an active special Store Keeper to join its team.

Full time Immediate Joining

:

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes. Store items in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and organization for easy access. Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records using manual or computerized systems and conduct regular stock checks. Manage stock levels, rotating older stock and disposing of surplus or expired items. Issue materials and tools against authorized requisition notes and prepare items for shipment. Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase requisitions for new orders to replenish stock when it approaches minimum limits. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials. Generate reports, including Material Received Reports (MRR), to document all stock movements and activity. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized storage area in accordance with safety procedures and government regulations. Ensure all documentation for purchases and inventory transactions is completed properly. Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Degree or certification. Minimum 2 years' experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or recordkeeping Fluent in English Experience in construction field A team player with proven ability to work

under Pressure and to meet deadlines
