The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock records, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. Candidates with prior UAE experience and strong communication skills in Arabic and English are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day inventory and warehouse operations
Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials as per procedures
Maintain accurate stock records, logs, and inventory reports
Monitor stock levels and support timely replenishment
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and storage standards
Coordinate with internal departments for material requests and issuance
Use MS Office and inventory systems for reporting and tracking
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
2-4 years of UAE experience in a similar role (higher education sector experience preferred)
Valid UAE driving license
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems
Good organizational and record-keeping skills
