Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor inventory and stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock.
  • Coordinate receipt of incoming materials and prepare items for dispatch to production/sites.
  • Post GRNs, maintain accurate records, and update inventory systems as required.
  • Generate delivery notes and assist with documentation for material transfers.
  • Conduct monthly stock reconciliation and support annual physical stocktaking.
  • Ensure proper storage, organisation, and adherence to safety procedures.
  • Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to meet site requirements.
Requirements:
  • Must be currently based in the UAE (Dubai preferred).
  • 2-3 years of storekeeping experience within the UAE is mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work well in a busy production environment and meet deadlines.
  • ERP experience is a plus but not mandatory.
