to manage and control inventory in our aluminum and metal works factory. The ideal candidate must be proficient in inventory management systems and have hands-on experience in using software for stock control and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store raw materials, tools, and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using store management software.
Monitor stock levels and issue materials as per approved requisitions.
Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to ensure availability of required materials.
Perform regular stock audits and report any discrepancies.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the store area.
Generate inventory usage and stock movement reports as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Store Keeper in a factory or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of inventory and storekeeping practices.
Experience using inventory/store management software
(e.g., ERP, MS Excel, or similar systems).
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Must be currently available in the UAE.
