Job Description

Urgently Required Storekeeper for Aqua Park at Umm Al Quwain: Knowledge in Ms Office ( Microsoft Excel is a must)and Good Typing speed . To maintain the store and warehouse of the company as per the set standards. To manage stock by keeping a record of inventory and ordering the required replacement items, and making new product purchases as requirements. Record and maintain in inventory database about the details of items received and items issued to concern persons in organization. Prepare stock in / out activity in store on daily basis and ensure that stock will not run out of stock. Also, request for a purchase requisition to the procurement manager if the stock are out of stock. Follow up with the suppliers on purchased material and ensure that the items received are as per the purchase order(PO) Properly serialized the purchased items and properly stored the received items as per the Organization standard. Cross check the damaged products during transit and return such items to suppliers. Ensure that no unauthorized person access the store area without his/ her presence in warehouse To implement new and innovative practices and perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management Ensure all the materials received and delivered are recorded , Ensure the material is not running out of stock Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by company. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
