Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability - Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and supplies - Process and fulfill customer orders in a timely manner - Coordinate with suppliers to procure necessary materials and supplies - Monitor and track inventory movements using transportation management systems - Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes - Utilize Tableau or similar software to analyze data and generate reports on inventory performance - Implement and maintain proper storage and organization of materials and supplies Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar role preferred - Strong knowledge of transportation planning, logistics, and supply chain management - Familiarity with profit loss analysis and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record keeping - Proficient in using computer systems for order fulfillment and inventory management - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders
