We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join our team. The Storekeeper will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring proper storage of materials, and maintaining accurate stock records to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock levels regularly.
Issue materials and products as requested by various departments.
Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure the store area is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Coordinate with purchasing and other departments regarding stock requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a storekeeper, stock clerk, or in a similar role.
Good knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Office.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
