Job Description
Receiving and Storing Parts :
Inspect incoming shipments
: to verify quality and accuracy against purchase orders or invoicesOrganize and store parts
: efficiently to optimize space and ensure accessibility.Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records
: using a computerized systemMonitor stock levels
: to ensure adequate supply and prevent overstocking or shortages.Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventories
: to cross-reference with records and identify discrepancies.Implement inventory control systems
: to minimize loss and ensure efficient management of partsProcess customer and technician orders
: by accurately identifying and retrieving the correct parts.Assist customers and service personnel
: in locating parts and provide technical information when needed.Coordinate with suppliers
: to ensure timely replenishment of stock and to handle returns of defective productsStore Operations :
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store area
, adhering to all safety regulations.Manage the overall flow of parts movement
: from receiving to issuing.Prepare and dispatch parts
: for delivery or collection according to customer orders.Create reports
: on inventory, expenditures, and other relevant dataComply with safety regulations
and maintain a safe workspaceJob Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Driving License (Preferred)
