Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Store Keeper
to join our team at Dar Al Sadiq Foodstuff Trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized warehouse, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth packaging and dispatch operations.Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Maintenance:
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times. Follow proper storage procedures to maintain the quality of goods.Packaging:
Handle the packaging of spices and other products as per company standards. Ensure packaging is done accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records of stock levels, incoming shipments, and outgoing deliveries. Perform regular stock counts and update inventory systems. Report discrepancies or shortages to management promptly.Delivery Coordination:
Prepare and dispatch orders efficiently to meet delivery deadlines. Coordinate with drivers and logistics teams for smooth operations.Requirements:
Prior experience as a storekeeper or in a warehouse environment, preferably in the food industry. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management practices. Ability to handle physical work, including lifting and moving items.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with packaging procedures for spices or similar products. Basic computer skills to manage inventory records.
