Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update inventory records for tools, spare parts, equipment, and materials. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for replenishments. Perform periodic inventory audits and resolve discrepancies. Manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods efficiently. Prepare inventory reports using

Excel

. Ensure store organization aligns with safety and operational standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience in a storekeeping role. Proficiency in

Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot etc.,)

and experience in

Oracle ERP is an added advantage

. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Experience:

VLOOKUP & Pivot: 2 years (Preferred) * Store keeper or Inventory management: 2 years (Preferred)
