Processing Order Sheets Deliver the material according to the Delivery Orders and the Sales Orders. Delivery against showroom requisitions After receiving the Sample Board Request form, which is approved by the authorized person, to arrange the material for the sample board or loose samples. Maintain the register for the material or samples given to management (material to be issued only through obtaining the signatures of the management) and to follow up for its return. Make a proper packing list for the delivery of material. Count and check the physical condition of the material returned from the customer & Check the reason for the return with the salesman or the Order Processing Department before making the Material Return Vouchers. To check and count the material / consignment received. To check and identify the stacking position of the material and to oversee that the instructions are followed correctly by the junior staff. To check the labeling of the material to ensure that it conforms with our data base / catalogue codes. Filing of Documents

Requirements:

Graduate with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in storekeeping. Should be familiar with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment. Proficiency in English communication (both verbal and written) and typing. Competencies in data entry and analysis Keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage time.
