Job Description

We are looking for Storekeeper with prior experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

Job Purpose:

To be responsible for performing various duties related to stores including Receipts off transfer/Updating of details in ERP/Control of inventory and other duties allocated by the store's supervisor in line with the company Goals.

Principal Accountabilities include but not limited to the following:

Ensure a proper log for the incoming and outgoing material and their documentation. Verification of all the material received under the supervision of QA/ Assy Personnel. Ensure a proper maintenance and preservation of all the material in their bin locations. Ensure no material to be issued without the receiver's signature. Maintain and update minimum stock level of consumable items. Generate GRN for Equipment's/Spare parts/Consumables via ERP(BC) and update the data for further process. Generate pick list based on request from Project/SO/Operations and issue or allocate the material for production or sales order. Coordinate with project team for return the leftover material. Ensure that no material is issued/received without the signature of the issuer/recipient. Perform the material consumption on daily basis and ensure workshop and customer consumptions are updated. Coordinate with the forklift driver during material Loading and Unloading. Maintain and update separate record for Customer property. Regular coordination with the project/production and quality department is required to update the packing requirement. Follow proper packing guidelines for all materials as per requirements. All material Delivery against Delivery note after QA/QC Approvals. Report to the line manager.

Additional Responsibilities:

Get the weight and measurements of the equipment or product upon ready after packing. Update temporary issuance details in the Spreadsheet upon receipt of Stores material request. Perform data entry to track, stock, inventory and materials. Keeping the cleanliness of workshop's, stores and the material stored yard.

Pre-Requisites:

Prior experience as a storekeeper in a similar role will be preferred. Any Experience in ERP will be an added advantage. Diploma in any discipline, bachelor's degree will be a plus.
