Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Store Keeper to oversee the management of our company\'s inventory and materials at our construction site in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be able to supervise and manage a team of storekeepers and ensure that materials are efficiently and accurately tracked, organized, and stored in our warehouse. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained, and deliveries are received in a timely and accurate manner
Supervise the storekeeping team and ensure that all staff members are properly trained on inventory management procedures and safety protocols
Conduct regular audits of the store\'s inventory to ensure that accurate records are maintained and that all materials are accounted for
Oversee the issuance of materials and supplies to the appropriate departments and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed accurately
Manage the physical organization and layout of the warehouse to ensure that materials are stored safely and efficiently
Liaise with the procurement department to ensure that adequate supplies are ordered and received on time
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the store and warehouse

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications
Strong leadership and team management skills
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to warehousing and inventory management
