Job Description

Job Summary
  • We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Storekeeper to join Stores Team in Head Office, located in Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah.
  • Storekeeper is playing a key role in the proper care and maintenance of stock, including ordering, receiving and managing inventory.
Key Responsibilities & Authorities
  • Plans storage requirements and conditions at the assigned stores
  • Prepares work schedule for stores and workshop staff to ensure continual coverage at all times
  • Prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages, expenditures, and goods received, used or issued
  • Receive store materials as per purchase order
  • Issue, arrange and keep the record of semi-finished materials from production
  • Keep the Store neat and tidy
  • Organize the Store and keep the minimum and maximum quantity of materials and give support to all departments and avoid any mistake
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management and/or Supervisor.
Skills
  • Diploma holder and Bachelor degree is advantage.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Stores with industrial materials/equipment.
  • Excellent knowledge of inventory control procedure and inventory system.
