Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the warehouse.
Follow standards for issuing and receiving stock within the warehouse.
Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports, requisition forms, and delivery notes are filed and stored properly.
Responsible to verify all goods arriving at the store are in good condition, as per the associated invoice/packing list, delivery note and agreed quantity has been received.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness within the warehousing facility.
Responsible for release of goods from the warehouse to clients or internal logistic team based on proper documentation (delivery note) received from the head offices
Responsible for maintaining inventory in mint condition and reporting any and all damage to senior management.
Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom.
Receive, unload, and load incoming goods properly.
Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report that to senior management.

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS-Office.
Must be able to read/write and maintain documents in an organized manner.
A minimum of 1 year of experience working within a store/warehouse is a must.
Must be able to perform other stock-related duties packing and labeling supplies.
