Job Description

Responsible for receiving, storing, accounting and issuing of engineering materials and supplies. Inspect supplier\xe2\x80\x99s delivery of engineering materials and supplies for conformity with quantity and quality specifications. Issue materials and supplies per approved requisitions. Initiate purchase requisitions for engineering materials and supplies. Conduct monthly inventory of materials and supplies. Prepare analysis on monthly basis of fast moving items Maintain spare parts manuals, catalogues and list of suppliers. Prepare itemised weekly expense report to the concern Manager. Ensure that all engineering store and related areas are kept clean, tidy, and safe condition. Strong customer service focus. Immediately notify the supervisor of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work. Health and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.
