Receiving Goods

? Verify incoming goods against the delivery note from the customer.

? Verify the goods are registered in Dubai Municipality.

? Check quantity, packaging condition, and product labels.

? Verify temperature-sensitive items are within the required range.

? Ensure that products are within expiry dates and meet quality standards.

? Record the goods in the stock register or warehouse management system.

? Reject any non-compliant or damaged goods and report to the supervisor.

? Assign a storage location based on product type (chilled, frozen, ambient) and give instruction to forklift operators for goods storage.

4.2 Storage Procedures

? Ensure all goods pallets are tagged with customer name inbound date.

? Ensure that goods are stored in designated areas based on product type and storage requirement (Frozen, chilled, Dry).

? Use FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, LEFO methods unless otherwise instructed.

? Ensure proper stacking and spacing to allow airflow and prevent contamination.

? Avoid overloading shelves or blocking pathways.

4.3 Inventory Management

? Verify physical stock against the system records.

? Report discrepancies immediately.

? Record spoilage, wastage, expired or damaged items and report immediately.

? Co-ordination with encoder for near expiry and Expired products, also expired products to be stored in isolated area with proper marking

? Ensure all goods are received with proper GRV with expiry date.

? Pallet shifting & compression for optimum space utilization.

? Conduct inventory reconciliation.

4.4 Dispatching Goods

? Verify delivery instruction (ensure goods delivery is authorized with proper documents).

? Provide delivery instruction copy to forklift operator for goods issuance

? Record outflow of stock in system.

? Ensure correct items, quantities, and batch numbers or lot numbers are selected.

? Check goods for quality before dispatch.

? Record dispatch details (date, time, customer, quantity, vehicle details).

? Ensure collection of tag from the customer and hand over to encoder for cross verification.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
