We are hiring an experienced
Store Keeper
for a reputed catering firm. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in store operations within the catering or food service industry and be familiar with food safety and inventory control procedures.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and store food items, raw materials, and catering supplies
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory registers regularly
Ensure proper storage of food items as per hygiene and food safety standards (FIFO/FEFO)
Issue materials to kitchen and operations teams as per requisition
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or expiry items
Coordinate with procurement for timely ordering of supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
Conduct regular stock audits and assist in monthly inventory checks
Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Store Keeper in a
catering or food service company
Basic knowledge of food handling, storage, and hygiene standards
Ability to maintain records and reports
Good organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and under pressur
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,800.00 per month
