Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Keeper with hands-on experience in FMCG warehouse operations in the UAE. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, receiving and issuing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring smooth daily warehouse operations in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery notes, invoices, and purchase orders. Ensure proper storage, stacking, and labeling of FMCG products as per safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate stock records in physical registers and ERP/Excel systems. Handle FIFO/FEFO methods for perishable and fast-moving items. Perform regular stock counts and cycle counts; reconcile physical stock with system records. Prepare and issue goods as per sales orders and delivery schedules. Coordinate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams for timely dispatch and replenishment. Monitor expiry dates, damages, shortages, and slow-moving items and report to management. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with HACCP and UAE warehouse standards. Assist during loading, unloading, and audits (internal & external).

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2-3 years of storekeeping / warehouse experience in the FMCG industry in the UAE (mandatory). Good knowledge of inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, and expiry management. Experience in handling foodstuffs, dry goods, beverages, or consumer products. Ability to use MS Excel, ERP, or inventory management systems. Basic knowledge of UAE food safety and warehouse compliance standards. Physically fit to manage warehouse handling activities. Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines.
