Maintain accurate records of materials, tools, and equipment, including receipts, issues, and returns.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies to management.
Replenish stock as necessary, placing orders to avoid shortages.
2. Receiving & Inspection
Receive deliveries, verify quantities and quality, and inspect for damages.
Ensure all deliveries are recorded accurately; report and return discrepancies or damaged items.
Maintain organized storage areas, labelling items clearly and keeping them in designated locations.
3. Issuing & Tracking Supplies
Issue materials, tools, and equipment to construction personnel as requested.
Track the movement of inventory items to ensure accountability and minimize loss or theft.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including issues, returns, and transfers.
4. Warehouse Maintenance
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Ensure all materials are stored in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Regularly check and maintain tools and equipment for any damage or wear.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
Document any incidents, discrepancies, or issues related to inventory or supplies.
Assist in preparing for audits by ensuring all records and documentation are up-to-date and accurate.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years as a Store Keeper in the UAE construction industry
Knowledge:
Familiarity with construction materials, tools, and equipment.
