Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and finished goods. Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile physical vs system stock. Maintain accurate inventory and accounting records in ERP/system. Prepare and submit daily, weekly and monthly stock reports to management. Apply FIFO/FEFO methods for stock control and prevent material losses. Support finance team with stock valuation and cost tracking. Ensure proper storage and handling per GMP and HACCP requirements. Maintain cleanliness, safety and compliance in store operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field. 2-5 years' experience in food manufacturing or FMCG industry. Strong knowledge of inventory control and basic accounting principles. Proficiency in ERP or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Tally, or similar). Detail-oriented, organized and good in documentation and reporting.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
