Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized

Store Keeper

to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials for our ongoing high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory control, stock management, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee receipt, storage, and issuance of construction materials. Maintain accurate stock records and perform regular stocktaking. Manage stock rotation using the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method to minimize waste. Inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies against purchase orders. Ensure proper storage and organization of materials to prevent damage or loss. Coordinate with the procurement and other departments for stock replenishment. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe store area in compliance with safety standards. Prepare and handle documents such as Material Received Reports (MRR) and manage returns.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Diploma or Degree (preferred in a relevant field). Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role, preferably in construction or building materials. Knowledge: Inventory control systems, stock management procedures, and basic computer skills.

Skills:

Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to use inventory software and perform data entry. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit to lift and move materials when required.
