Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain proper documentation for all inventory transactions.
Issue materials to project sites based on approved material requests.
Monitor stock levels and inform the procurement team of any shortages.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with system records.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store at all times.
Ensure proper storage to prevent damage or loss of materials.
Assist in preparing inventory reports for management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a storekeeper, preferably in the construction or interior fit-out industry.
Good knowledge of materials used in interior fit-out works (wood, hardware, paints, etc.).
Basic computer skills and experience with inventory management software is a plus.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to lift/move materials as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent.
