Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and experienced

Store Keeper

to manage our inventory and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

Tally

and strong knowledge of

FMCG management

, ensuring efficient stock control, timely reporting, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of stock using

Tally software

. Manage inventory levels, stock receipts, and dispatches. Monitor FMCG product storage and ensure proper handling. Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation. Prepare purchase requests and coordinate with procurement. Ensure the store/warehouse is well-organized and maintained. Generate stock and inventory reports for management review. Follow company policies, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

Minimum

2 years of experience

as a Store Keeper (FMCG preferred). Strong knowledge of

Tally ERP

. Experience in

FMCG inventory management

. Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).

Do you have experience in recording daily transactions and preparing basic accounting entries (debit & credit)? Are you proficient in using Tally ERP for creating invoices, ledgers, and generating reports? Have you managed stock records, performed stock audits, and resolved discrepancies in inventory? Do you have experience in handling, storing, and maintaining FMCG products safely and accurately? Are you comfortable using Excel (formulas, reports), Word (documentation), and Outlook (emails/scheduling) for daily work?
