We are seeking an organized, experienced Storekeeper with a very keen eye detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to work with to strict deadlines to join our growing team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Purchasing all kinds of food products & beverages Knowledge in the central purchase. Finding new sources of food suppliers. Ensuring the products are delivered on time. Grabbing the food products for the best price in the market. Negotiate with the suppliers and make available all promotions. Develop and implement strategies for purchasing area aligned with the company's food and beverage objectives. Maintain records of goods ordered and received. Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales. Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability. Develop and implement purchasing to support procurement initiatives across the organization. Prepare statistical and other reports in a comprehensive and accurate manner To support the development of a strategic approach to souring products services and suppliers including the establishment of quality standards, vendor's prices and alternative supplier options.
Job Requirements:

English speaking and has minimum 2 years' experience Qualification: Graduate Excellent knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of any reputed procurement software. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Ability to communicate in a professional manner. Excellent knowledge of Accounting Experienced in Food Industry is plus
