Back store Incharge : Why it matters : Keeps store in-stock, reduces shrinkage, speeds replenishment directly improves sales and customer experience.
Job summary: Own receiving, storage, dispatch, returns and basic inventory reconciliation for the store cluster; ensure stock accuracy, FIFO, and timely replenishment to sales floor.
Key responsibilities
Receive shipments, check PO vs goods, update WMS/ LS/manual logs.
Maintain organized back-store (FIFO, bin locations, labeling).
Execute daily/weekly cycle counts and monthly physicals; investigate variances.
Coordinate returns to supplier/ TPDC and damaged goods handling.
Support store replenishment and urgent transfer requests.
Enforce loss-prevention SOPs and safe storage of fragile/expensive items.
Report key metrics to store manager / merchandise analyst.
Required profile
2-4 years retail store or warehouse experience (preferably FMCG/home furnishings).
Strong attention to detail; basic Excel; comfortable with handheld scanners or WMS.
Good physical stamina and basic people-management (2-5 staff).
Organized, reliable, procedural mindset.
