Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced

Storekeeper

to manage the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of inventory control, including

FIFO (First In, First Out)

practices, and be willing to work on

rotational shifts

(9 hours per shift). This role is critical in ensuring proper handling, storage, and movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials and goods. Ensure accurate stock entry into inventory systems. Issue and dispatch items based on requests and maintain records. Follow

FIFO (First In, First Out)

methods for stock rotation and minimize expiry/wastage. Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records. Maintain cleanliness and order in the store area. Report stock shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the supervisor. Work in

rotational shifts (9-hour duty),

including weekends/holidays if required. Coordinate with other departments (procurement, operations, etc.) for smooth store operations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a storekeeper or in inventory/warehouse roles. Strong understanding of

FIFO

and inventory best practices. Familiar with using inventory software or Excel. Physically fit to lift and move materials when needed. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in shifts.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
