Must have knowledge of all construction materials, tools, and equipment
Maintain accurate, up-to-date inventory records in real time
Work closely with project managers to make sure materials are available when needed, avoiding delays
Check and record all incoming materials, making sure the quantity and condition match the order
Ensure proper handling and storing of materials to reduce waste and damage.
Conduct regular physical inventory checks and compare them to system records to find any differences
Create reports on material discrepancies, inventory use, stock levels, and reordering needs for management
Ensure all inventory practices comply with the company's health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting regular checks and audits
Monitor tools and equipment given to workers, and ensure they are returned in good condition
Skills And Experience:
Experience: atleast 2 years as storekeeper in construction site
Good communication and inventory control skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
